Hiring a Science Director

We are pleased to announce that we will are hiring a part-time science director to start in 2018.

The science director’s roles will include: a) coordinating the coastal science community (federal, academic, and stakeholder) and advocating for investment in national coastal science; b) supporting traditional science activities such as “staffing” the Science and Technology Committee, coordinating with the Shore & Beach editorial board, and helping with workshops and conferences; and c) administering and contributing to technical grants awarded to the organization.

Please share the Request For Qualifications (RFQ) with potential candidates, and encourage well qualified individuals to submit a resume or CV, with two-page maximum letter of introduction outlining their qualifications, interest in this position, and references via email to ScienceDirector@asbpa.org.
