Information for Coastal Summit Sponsors
Thank you for sponsoring the 2022 ASBPA Coastal Summit, “Future of Coastal Infrastructure Investments”. Below are the technical requirements for your exhibitor page on the ASBPA website. If you submitted materials for the 2021 Coastal Summit please preview your information here and email annie.mercer@asbpa.org indicating which materials you would like to reuse and which you would like to update.
Exhibitor Webpage – All Levels
Exhibitor Webpages include a company video, logo, company description, and contact information. Gold and Silver levels will have their own pages and Bronze level sponsors will share one page.
Videos – videos should be in the MP4 format.
Logos – logos should be 300 x 300 pixels and saved as a .png or .jpeg.
Company Description – descriptions should be about 150 words in length.
Contact Information- Contact info. includes first name, last name; contact email; phone number; and website link.
Video Ad – Gold and Silver Level
Video adds will run before the day of your choice (Gold) or the session of your choice (Silver) indicated through the sponsorship form. Videos should be 15 seconds and saved in MP4 format.

Technical Assistance
If you have any questions about the Zoom platform, recording a presentation, or how the summit will be run please reach out to Annie Mercer. Staff will be holding Office Hours March 7, 11, 14, and 18 to answer questions, test presentations, etc.

Please submit these materials by Thursday March 10th at the latest. Pages will be update as information comes in and the conference web page will go live a week before the Coastal Summit. Submit any questions about sponsor webpages to annie.mercer@asbpa.org.
