ASBPA was recently invited by Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) to participate in the introduction announcement of the Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health (BEACH) Act in Long Beach, NJ on Friday, May 26th. ASBPA has been a long-time supporter of the BEACH Act in previous iterations and are grateful for Congressman Pallone introducing this bill in 2023. Tom Herrington, ASBPA Board Member and Urban Coast Institute at Monmouth University, represented the ASBPA at the ceremony.
