Mr. Boudreau has over 39 years of experience in coastal and ocean engineering. He is a Principal with Coastal Frontiers Corporation located in Moorpark, California. His experience includes planning, permit acquisition, engineering, and construction management for a broad range of beach nourishment, shoreline protection and enhancement, regional sediment management, ecosystem restoration, water quality, navigation improvement and sea level rise resiliency projects in the U.S. and throughout the Pacific Rim.
