Thomas J. Campbell, P.E., is a founding partner of CPE and a Professional Engineer in Florida, North Carolina, Louisiana and Alabama. Mr. Campbell is one of the fathers of modern coastal engineering in the United States. He has directed coastal engineering analysis, design, geotechnical surveys, numerical modeling and construction supervision for coastal restoration projects for over 40 years and has unmatched practical experience in coastal engineering projects on the east and Gulf coasts of the U.S.
Nicole Elko is Executive Director of the American Shore and Beach Preservation Association and host of the Shaping Shores podcast.
