Dr. Julie Dean Rosati is an Emeritus Coastal Engineer, U.S. Army Corps Engineer Research and Development Center, Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida. She is an Associate Editor, Journal of Waterway Port Coastal Ocean Engineering, American Society of Civil Engineers, a co-lead for the Coastal Sediments Conference series, and Member of the American Shore and Beach Preservation Association (ASBPA) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). She received the M.P. O’Brien Award from ASBPA in 2023; the Orvill P. Magoon Sustainable Coast Award from ASCE in 2021; and ASBPA’s Presidential Award in 2014.
