The Project Management module outlines the diverse expertise in a wide variety of areas required to make-up an effective project team, and to enable project managers to more efficiently coordinate activities among and between the various specialist elements.  This includes facilitating a well-integrated effort that will expedite completion of both large and small projects which often are complicated due to the interdisciplinary composition of the project team, managing the project design, project team and client expectations for an increasing number of projects that have various physical, environmental, and stakeholder constraints.  It is one of 10 modules that make up the Certified Coastal Practitioner credential.

*Short course requires additional fee.
